From the ice
to the boardroom.

I grew up training with the French national figure skating team. That experience shaped everything — the discipline, the resilience, the ability to perform under pressure, and the early understanding that excellence is not enough if nobody sees it.

I eventually traded the ice for international business, building a career in marketing, brand strategy and licensing that took me from Paris to New York, from São Paulo to Seoul. I learned to negotiate in four languages, across cultures, and in rooms where I was often the only woman.

The moment
everything changed.

I've sat across the table from some of the world's most seasoned negotiators. I've closed deals worth millions. I've built partnerships that span continents. And yet — like so many women I know — I've also left money on the table, softened asks I shouldn't have softened, and stayed silent in rooms where I had every right to speak.
