Acceptance of terms.

By accessing or using Vaulther (vaulther.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Boostar Consulting LLC, the operator of Vaulther.

The service.

Vaulther provides AI-powered tools designed to help ambitious women navigate career decisions, salary negotiations, leadership development, and personal growth.

Our services include:

• AI-powered career and negotiation tools (free trial + Pro subscription)
• A weekly newsletter (free)
• Editorial content and curated resources (free)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Free trial & subscriptions.

Free trial: Each tool offers one complete free trial per user. No credit card required.

Pro subscription: Provides unlimited access to all tools. Billed monthly at $19/month or annually at $149/year through Gumroad.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Gumroad account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices.

Not professional advice.

Salary benchmarks provided by our tools are estimates based on general market data and should be used as a starting point for research, not as authoritative figures. Market conditions vary significantly by location, company, and individual circumstances.

We make no guarantee that using our tools will result in a salary increase, promotion, board appointment, or any other specific career outcome.

Acceptable use.

You agree to use Vaulther only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent the free trial limits through multiple accounts or technical means
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our tools, content, or brand assets without permission
• Use our service to harass, harm, or discriminate against others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of our service
• Share your Pro subscription credentials with others
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual property.

All content on Vaulther — including tool designs, copy, frameworks, brand identity, and editorial content — is owned by Boostar Consulting LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright law.

Your content: Any content you generate using our AI tools belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over the outputs generated for you.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions about our service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boostar Consulting LLC and Vaulther shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Governing law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (if you are a subscriber) and by updating the date at the top of this page.

Continued use of Vaulther after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
